Kubernetes Storage Policy

Master/worker node storage flavor and boot_volume are two different storage policy that will make user confuse. Please add an option to hide boot_volume, so user only rely on storage flavor.

This boot_volume is required variable, so it will force user to assign it and will ignore the flavor storage.

Otherwise, please also add an option to hide predifine storage flavor column.
