S3 UI File Download Does Not Retain Original Filename

I am experiencing an issue when downloading files via the UI from S3 storage. The downloaded file is not retaining its original filename or extension. For instance, a file is downloaded as 69808ee11bae00deed0ed112 instead of its original name and extension.
