Set price plan via the API

When creating a new billing profile via the API, I can’t see a way to apply a price plan to it (we are using scoped price plans).

It would be useful if we could:

• Get a list of price plans

• Apply a price plan to a billing profile

• Get the current price plan assigned to a billing profile

• Update/change the price plan assigned to a billing profile
